I’ve seen a huge shift in the way I design and style a space recently. I appear to be moving towards more neutral tones. I find them so fresh, timeless and overall easy to live with. Maybe this is a maturing palette of mine and something that comes with being in my 30’s!
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe I’m not alone when I say we all have those days when we feel we need more colour in our life. I’ve often shot out to buy red jeans in this particular head space, worn them once and got sick of them very quickly. I feel the same response comes with styling an outdoor space. A lot of the time we feel we need colour to create drama, but it’s often simply pattern or texture we are missing.
This brings me to the very exciting new range from the team at Harbour Outdoor available in 2016.
They have nailed timeless design in this new collection dubbed Pacific. Cleverly designed thick, removable arms and modular ways allow this range to be used in multiple configuration to suit any size space. A-grade Indonesian plantation teak ensures the best quality for our harsh environment.
With a huge range in this collection from tables, dining, lounging, sun lounges, I am excited at the opportunity to use these fresh modern coastal pieces in our timeless gardens.
The short of it…
